Looking ahead
Our programmes in education, health, climate resilience, entrepreneurship, leadership, and culture are strengthening local capacity across more than 15 districts. As we grow, we remain anchored in the belief that communities already hold the knowledge and talent to solve their own challenges.
How TEDA is governed
TEDA is a youth-led association accountable to its members and to the communities it works in. The Secretary General reports to a board whose composition and responsibilities are set out below.

What we publish, and when
We publish an annual accountability report each year, and programme reports as projects conclude. Every document is available to download from our reports page — no sign-up, no email address, no form.
